My Lifestyle Platform was born from lived experience: a seven-year health mystery in the founders' family was solved by a change of food — found through their own citizen-science search. That is why founders Yung Fu and Robin Puthli are building the platform where nobody searches alone — from the conviction that lifestyle is the foundation of vitality, and that knowledge only gains value when you keep it up.
We work together with the Dutch foundation Je Leefstijl Als Medicijn and are building the app with university student teams from Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), Radboud University and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht — in six languages and privacy-first: participants always keep control of their own data.
This website uses no tracking cookies. If you fill in the contact form or e-mail us, we keep only the details you provide yourself (such as your e-mail address and message) — solely to respond and, if you opt in, to keep you informed about the launch. Data is stored securely within the EU, never shared with third parties, and deleted after at most 24 months. E-mail us to view or delete your details.
